1. Strategy

The first stage of our process is a one on one strategy session to get a clear understanding of your knowledge, experience and goals. The key outcome being that we are all on the same page before we start this journey.

2. Goals

At this stage we reverse engineer your goals and create you tailored purchasing criteria for you to achieve your goal. For example, if your goal is to have $60,000 p.a. passive income we will source 4 properties yielding $15,000 p.a.

3. Time

We work to establish a suitable timeframe in which we can achieve these goals. We take into consideration your personal finances and borrowing capacity. These two factors will guide us to the frequency of purchases.


4. Education

A lot of our clients want to understand and learn the buying process. So before we source you a property, we will educate you on why we are buying in a particular area and how each deal that we bring to you will impact your portfolio.

5. Source / Purchase

We utilise our extension networks to find you the right property. We will provide you an extensive report on the area and property to make the decision easy. We will negotiate the deal on your behalf and hold your hand through to settlement.

6. Support & Reinvest

We will inform you on what is needed at each step of the process and give you access to our team of experts. When you have built enough equity to reinvest we will alert you and start the process again.

Hi I’m Sam Gordon, Owner and Director of Australian Property Scout. I have been purchasing investment properties all over Australia for over 10 years. I’d like to think of myself as a connoisseur of purchasing under market value properties. In the past 10 years I have purchased over $20 million worth of property for both myself, and my clients. 

The average investor comes up against two challenges; funding multiple deposits and/or they run out of loan capacity. At Australian Property Scout we secure below market value deals in high growth, cashflow positive areas meaning you can use this instant equity to reinvest in your next deal.

Over the years my team and I have developed an extensive understanding of the high growth areas we invest in.
