It was founded by Sam Gordon, a young investor who bought his first property at 19 and after 10 years of hard work and success in property, decided to turn his attention to helping other hard working Australian’s achieve their goals.
Not coming from wealthy beginnings Sam had to save hard and after three years of barely earning $30,000 a year he saved a $27,500 deposit and bought his first investment, a $275,000 unit in Wollongong NSW. Fast forward to today and Sam owns a healthy positive cash-flow portfolio with 20+ properties.
Focusing strongly on properties that he can add value to and that provide a strong cashflow in predominantly metro markets, he sources the same properties for his clients that he does for himself. Following this philosophy, Sam works hard to ensure his clients get access to the very best deals both on and off market and builds portfolios in line with their goals as quickly as possible.
